old shoe found under the porch

This old shoe was found under the porch of the Tilghman House while undergoing renovations. We can only speculate that it may have belonged to a young Helen, as it is a childs hand crafted shoe. Any ideas on how to preserve or display our new found treasure? Contact Wendy Beeson.
